Upon entering into a working relationship with us or purchasing any of our products, you agree to the following terms of service:
Products: All product purchases are non-refundable. Products include eBooks, Books, Pre-recorded programs, audios and videos. If your product is damaged in transit we will be happy to replace the product with a new one within 30 days of the purchase date at no extra charge. With the purchase of a digital product you have 10 days to notify us of any defect or inability to download and we will redirect you to a corrected working link download. 1:1 Programs: Upon enrolling in a 1:1 program with our company you will receive a detailed terms of agreement stating the non-refundable deposit amount, the terms of payments for the remaining balance as well as the refund/transfer policy. If you are on a monthly payment plan and your payment is declined for any reason. You have 3 business days to rectify the problem. If this is not done within this time frame, your services will be suspended till further notice. Please refer to your individual agreement.
Group Programs/Workshops: In the case of live workshops and our group programs. You must request in writing your cancellation within 5 days of enrolling for a full refund. The email or letter must be dated no later than midnight on the 5th day after the enrollment was received. You can email at firstname.lastname@example.org If you are cancelling after the 5th day you have the option of having someone else attend in your place or transfer your enrollment to a future event or group program.
