Hey, I’m Dr. Asha Prasad.

The Prasad Method™ combines eastern philosophy with modern techniques and systems to help you achieve all your success that feels good in your bones.
Highly Practical. Deeply Profound.
As an American raised daughter of Indian immigrants, I’m the living breathing blend of eastern philosophies meets western modalities.
It wasn’t always like that.
I was obsessed with my outer success for years by focusing on the next degree I could add to my wall.
Every new certification I completed would cut to the bone.
Something was missing in my life.
It wasn’t until I started blending my Chiropractic healing with eastern philosophies that I found my sweet spot.
Success inside and out.
My ability to weave seemingly contradictory elements together allowed me to bring about transformation through balance.
And while my clients have experienced great success in recovering and healing from chronic headaches, insomnia, aches, and pains. They’ve also experienced a deeply profound sense of fulfilment that leaves them hitting the pillow every night satisfied with their lives.
I work with exceptional, high achieving people all over the world, taking them to new levels of success and riches. Inside and out.
If you’re looking for:
>> Success that feels good in your bones, on a deep and meaningful level.

What’s in a name?
Prasad. My last name. An offering to the divine, which is then blessed and redistributed to share with others.
When we work on ourselves we’re working on all relationships and experiences, spreading the joy, love and happiness into the world.
The meaning of Prasad in Sanskrit in its purest form ‘Prasada’ or ‘Prasadam’, means an enlightening with ease and clarity, it means a gracious gift, so it’s created by giving and receiving.
In the Hindu temples in India whenever you go there you will receive Prasad as a blessing. It’s distributed as a kind of a devotional offering made to God and then you receive from God.
The concept of Prasad is that the more it’s distributed, the more positive thought is concentrated on the wish or the prayer that you have, of the desire that you have.
